Celebrating Our 20-Year Anniversary with a Container Giveaway
Join us in commemorating 20 years of container excellence by participating in our special giveaway! In honour of this milestone, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re giving away 10 x 40′ used high cube containers to deserving organisations.
How to Enter?
- To enter, simply share with us why your organisation needs one of these containers and how you plan to use it. Submit your entry in the form below by 31st August 2024.
Prize
- 1 x 40 foot used high cube container will be awarded to 10 selected organisations. Prize value £2,000 per container.
- Condition: The containers are in used condition but are guaranteed to be wind and watertight.
- Allocation: Each winning organisation will receive one container. If your organisation requires more than one container, please indicate this on the submission form for consideration.
Note: The winning organisations will be responsible for covering the cost of delivering the containers from the nearest depot to their address. Before entering the giveaway if you please make sure that the location is suitable for a container and that the site is accessible for the container to be delivered.

| Giveaway Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility: The Shipping Container Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to organisations registered in the United Kingdom. Employees of 1st Containers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. 2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. BST on [26th July 2024] and ends at 11:59 p.m. BST on Aug 31, 2024 (“Entry Period”). 3. How to Enter: To enter, organisations must submit their entry in the form above. Only one entry per organisation is permitted. 4. Prize: The prize consists of ten (10) x 40-foot used High Cube shipping containers. The cost of delivery of the shipping containers to the winner’s specified address is not included in the prize and will be payable by the successful organisations. Containers are provided as-is. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Before entering the competition if you please make sure that the location is suitable for a container and that the site is accessible for the container to be delivered. 5. Selection: The successful organisations will be selected based on the creativity and impact of their submission, and is completely at the discretion of the organisers. The successful organisations will be announced and contacted by September 15, 2024. 6. Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, organisations agree for their organisation name, images, and submission details to be used for marketing purposes by 1st Containers, without further compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. 7. Cancellation or Modification: 1st Containers reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time. 8. General Conditions: 1st Containers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By participating, organisations agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of 1st Containers, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. 9. Limitation of Liability: 1st Containers and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure of any website or social media platform during the Giveaway; (b) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; (c) the failure of any entry to be received by 1st Containers due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or social media platform; (d) any injury or damage to participants or to any computer or other device related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with this Giveaway. 10. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 11.
